I remember having one tv in the entire house; I remember getting color tv. Then there was that wonderful Christmas that my sister and I both got tv's for our bedroom's WITH remote controls.
Of course, we had 2, 4, 5, 8, 17 and 30. Then the next major step was cable; sometime in the 90's I got PrimeStar which is now Directv. Now I had hundreds of channels, but I was still locked in to a set time to watch each show or hope the VCR worked. Next came TiVo and tv watching changed for all time. Suddenly I have a list of shows that record when they are on and I can watch them in any order and any time I want to. Here is my list of 50:
1. American Idol
2. 24
3. Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader
4. America's Got Talent

I noticed typing those out that I need to take a Family Guy out for a King of the Hill and a couple of those shows might be cancelled, since I have 2 blank ones I will not worry about those right now.
I put these up as much to let you into my life a little by showing you what I watch the most on tv; and to be able to look back years from now and say, "Wow, I remember that show and Goodnight and Big Balls"
